CanSatÂ
CanSatÂ
CanSat is a competition-based project team that designs a small canister satellite with a new unique mission each year. This year's project involves deploying a camera from a tether below the satellite and maintaining attitude control while in flight. CanSat at the U is a smaller team, with less than 10 people which gives a good opportunity to work on every side of aerospace engineering, from coding and microcontrollers to CAD modeling and structures analysis.
When we meet? Wednesdays, 7:00pm at Akerman 227
